سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد | TRVLY Cancellation & Refund Policy
في TRVLY، بنسعى دايماً إن تجربتك معانا تكون مريحة وسلسة من أول لحظة حجز لحد ما ترجع بالسلامة. وبنقدّر إن الخطة ممكن تتغير، عشان كده وضحنالك سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد الخاصة بالحجوزات لضمان شفافية وحقوق الطرفين:
أولاً: القواعد العامة للاسترداد
المصاريف غير القابلة للاسترداد: أي مبالغ يتم استردادها للعميل تُحسب بعد خصم كافة المصاريف المدفوعة لجهات خارجية وغير القابلة للاسترداد (مثل: رسوم استخراج التأشيرات “Visas” وغيرها من الخدمات غير المرتجعة).
تُطبق نسب الخصم الموضحة أدناه على المبلغ المتبقي من قيمة البرنامج بعد خصم التكاليف غير المستردة المذكورة أعلاه.
ثانياً: جدول رسوم إلغاء البرامج والرحلات السياحية
في حال طلب إلغاء الحجز من قِبل العميل، يتم تحديد المبلغ المسترد بناءً على توقيت تقديم طلب الإلغاء:
قبل ميعاد الرحلة بـ 30 يوماً أو أكثر: استرداد المبلغ (بعد خصم 5% مصاريف إدارية + المصاريف غير المستردة إن وجدت).
من 29 إلى 15 يوماً قبل ميعاد الرحلة: خصم 25% من قيمة البرنامج المتبقية.
من 14 إلى 7 أيام قبل ميعاد الرحلة: خصم 50% من قيمة البرنامج المتبقية.
أقل من 7 أيام قبل ميعاد الرحلة (أو عدم الحضور No-Show): خصم 100% من إجمالي قيمة الرحلة ولا يحق للعميل المطالبة بأي استرداد.
ثالثاً: شروط التأشيرات (Visa)
رسوم التأشيرات: جميع رسوم ومصاريف استخراج التأشيرات غير قابلة للاسترداد نهائياً بمجرد البدء في إجراءات التقديم لدى السفارة أو الجهات المختصة، بغض النظر عن نتيجة الطلب أو قرار الإلغاء.
رابعاً: طريقة ومواعيد استرداد الأموال
1. يتم تقديم طلب الإلغاء رسمياً عن طريق التواصل مع فريق TRVLY عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الواتساب المعتمد للشركة.
2. يتم رد المبالغ المستحقة عبر نفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 إلى 21 يوم عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الإلغاء.
At TRVLY, we strive to ensure your travel experience is smooth and enjoyable from the moment you book until your return. We understand that plans can change, so we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below to ensure transparency for all parties:
1. General Refund Terms
Non-Refundable Expenses: Any refundable amount will be calculated after deducting all non-refundable third-party expenses (such as Visa issuance fees and other non-refundable services).
Cancellation fee percentages outlined below apply only to the remaining program balance after deducting the aforementioned non-refundable expenses.
2. Tour & Package Cancellation Fees
In the event of cancellation by the client, the refundable amount is determined based on the time of the cancellation request:
30 days or more prior to departure: Refund of the package cost (minus a 5% administrative fee + non-refundable expenses, if any).
29 to 15 days prior to departure: A 25% cancellation fee applies to the remaining package balance.
14 to 7 days prior to departure: A 50% cancellation fee applies to the remaining package balance.
Less than 7 days prior to departure (or No-Show): A 100% cancellation fee applies, and no refund will be issued.
3. Visa Policy
Visa Fees: All visa application fees and processing costs are strictly non-refundable once submitted to the embassy or relevant authorities, regardless of the visa outcome or cancellation reason.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
1. Cancellation requests must be officially submitted to TRVLY via our official email or designated WhatsApp number.
2. Eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 to 21 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.
